I have become mildly addicted to these! They are NOT sweet in any way, which may be a turn-off for some people. However, it's a big advantage from my perspective. The peppermint essential oil provides a strong mint kick, and the parsley root really holds on to that oil, which makes each little nugget much longer-lasting than any candy mint. The root also expands over time while it's in your mouth, giving your teeth something to fidget with. Another plus! The price per package obviously is a lot higher than a tin of Altoids, for example, but that package lasts a LOT longer than that tin. These easily end up being the better value, at least at the rate that I eat them. Great product!
